Delivery Areas

We deliver fresh, astrologically-curated floral arrangements exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping or deliveries outside the UK.

Shipping Methods & Timing

Weekly Thursday Deliveries

  • Standard Delivery: Every Thursday across the UK
  • UK Mainland: Delivered Thursday
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: Delivered Thursday
  • Northern Ireland: Delivered Thursday

Order Cutoff Times

  • Weekly Subscriptions: Automatically scheduled for Thursday delivery
  • One-time Orders: Must be placed by Monday 2:00 PM for Thursday delivery of the same week
  • Late Orders: Orders placed after Monday 2:00 PM will be delivered the following Thursday

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Thursday Delivery: £5 across all UK areas
  • Free Shipping: Available on subscription orders and one-time purchases over £75

Subscription Deliveries

  • All subscriptions are delivered every Thursday
  • You'll receive email confirmation on Tuesday before each Thursday delivery
  • Delivery timing can be paused or modified in your account settings up to Monday 2:00 PM

Delivery Process

  • Fresh Guarantee: All flowers are carefully packaged to ensure maximum freshness during transit
  • Thursday Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM every Thursday
  • Signature Required: Deliveries require signature to ensure safe receipt
  • Safe Place: You may specify a safe place for delivery in your account settings

Delivery Delays

  • Adverse weather conditions may cause Thursday delivery delays
  • We'll notify you immediately of any delays via email and SMS
  • If Thursday delivery is not possible, we'll deliver on Friday with advance notice

Undelivered Orders

  • If Thursday delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions
  • Items will be held until Friday for redelivery
  • Contact us immediately if you miss your Thursday delivery to arrange Friday collection

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. Salt Circle delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or your order is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of Thursday delivery
  • We'll arrange for a replacement delivery the following Thursday or provide a full refund
  • Photo evidence may be requested for damaged items

Delivery Modifications

  • Address changes must be made by Monday 2:00 PM before your Thursday delivery
  • Subscription pauses or modifications can be made up to Monday 2:00 PM
  • Contact customer service for any urgent delivery modifications

Holiday Delivery

  • Thursday deliveries continue during most holidays
  • Christmas week and New Year's week may have modified schedules
  • We'll notify all customers in advance of any holiday schedule changes
